Who provides the service

The site is operated by SEPO EOOD, company ID (EIK) 106623083, registered office: 12 Vasil Kolarov Street, Kozloduy, Bulgaria, represented by Sergey Popov. The company runs Bistro “Pri Sergo”. Contact details are on the Contacts page.

Orders and contract

Placing an order through the site is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the bistro confirms (accepts) the order — the status is visible on the tracking page.

The bistro may decline an order (for example outside the delivery zone, an unavailable product, or a technical issue). For a declined paid order the amount is refunded automatically.

Prices

All prices are in euro. The price shown at checkout — including the delivery fee, if any — is the final price.

The minimum order for delivery and any delivery fee are shown on the site before you complete the order.

Payment

You can pay in cash on delivery/pickup or by card online. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card details.

For a declined or unfulfilled paid order we refund the amount to your card automatically — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Delivery

We deliver within the zone shown at checkout (Kozloduy), during the bistro's opening hours. Pickup orders are collected at the bistro.

Quoted delivery times are estimates. The current status of your order is always visible on the tracking page.

Cancellation

Freshly prepared food is made to your order and is a perishable good — under Art. 57, points 1 and 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to such goods.

If something is wrong with your order (wrong, missing or damaged item), contact us right away on the phone from the Contact page — we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Alcohol (18+)

Alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. Orders containing alcohol require an age confirmation, and at handover the courier may ask for an ID and refuse delivery in case of doubt.

Catering

Catering requests are confirmed individually. For card payments a 50% deposit is due, with the balance paid at the event. The specific conditions for each event are agreed at confirmation.

For any question or complaint, contact us on the phone number on the “Contacts” page — we aim to resolve every issue straight away.

The supervisory authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg). Online dispute resolution: the EU ODR platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

If we change the terms, we update this page and the date at its top. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
