We want the menu to be readable and an order to be possible for everyone — with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with larger text or without animation. This page says what we have done, what we have not, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Settings
Remembered on this device and applied straight away, on every page. Nothing is sent to us.
What works
- The whole order — menu, basket, checkout — can be driven by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus at every step.
- A "Skip to content" link comes first, to jump past the navigation.
- Pages have landmarks and headings in the right order, the add buttons carry the name of the dish, and basket changes and order status are announced to screen readers.
- Text meets AA contrast (4.5:1) in both the dark and the light theme.
- If your device asks for reduced motion we honour it — animations stop, and the heavy video on the order tracker is not downloaded at all.
- Three settings on this page: larger text, no animation, higher contrast.
- Allergens are marked with an asterisk next to the ingredient and explained on the Allergens page.
- The site is in Bulgarian and English, with the language correctly marked up for screen readers.
What is not right yet
We say so because it is more use to you than a promise:
- The category strip is reachable with Tab but not with the arrow keys — it works, but not as quickly as it could.
- We have not walked the whole site with someone who uses a screen reader every day. Automated checks and our own testing catch a lot, but not everything.
- Dish photos carry the name of the dish, but not a description of the photo itself.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver to your address, and that is the easiest route if getting out is hard for you. An order can also be placed by phone.
If you would rather collect the order yourself, know this first: the bistro is on the second floor, up stairs, with NO ramp. So if the stairs are a problem for you, say so when you order or call us — a member of staff will come down and hand you the order at street level. You do not have to explain why.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site stops you from ordering, call or write to us — the phone number and address are on the Contact page. We answer within a few working days, and we will take your order by phone while we fix it.
